6-week online course
Teachers Who Art is a 6-week online course (6 sessions), educating teachers, coaches, teacher assistants and homeschooling parents on how to use image making to process the six most common emotions and emotion related behavioural manifestations faced in the job.
These six emotions - sadness, anxiety, anger, resentment, ego and radical acceptance - can make an already difficult job even more difficult! They can make our lives outside the job difficult too. Come and be validated in how costly your job really is, and learn how to calm your nervous system at the same time.
Registration
The online course will be delivered via Zoom. After registering via email, participants will receive their Zoom invite with all necessary details. No online registration process – just email to secure your spot and join the session.

Important Note: These courses do not replace seeing a psychologist or taking your meds. During these courses we will be looking at Littles, not Bigs. So don’t fret, you will not be rocking in the corner by the end of these sessions. The beauty is that you can practice the skills on the Littles and then apply them to your Bigs, alone, with a friend, or with your psych!
