People Pleasers Who Art is a 5-week in person course (5 sessions) exploring how to turn our people pleasing into genuine, respectful relationships.
In this course we look at the word 'should' and why you need to get rid of it, how to make decisions without worrying they will upset people, how to set boundaries and process the emotions that come with it, and how to deal with narratives and habits.
Registration
This course will be delivered in person at Kingborough Family Church backrooms. After registering via email, participants will receive a welcome email with all the necessary details. No online registration process - just email to secure your spot. Only 10 places available.

Important Note: These courses do not replace seeing a psychologist or taking your meds. During these courses we will be looking at Littles, not Bigs. So don’t fret, you will not be rocking in the corner by the end of these sessions. The beauty is that you can practice the skills on the Littles and then apply them to your Bigs, alone, with a friend, or with your psych!
